One night, Junior sees green headlights at the end of his driveway. A man named Terrance exits his car and tells Junior and his wife, Hen, that Junior has been entered into some random lottery to go to space. That he’ll be among the first to settle on some station there. Hen shuts down after that and Junior obsesses over being picked. It takes months for Hen to come around, and then in exactly two years, Terrance pops back up saying Junior has been selected. He then pretty much just moves in with them and questions Junior nonstop, prepping him for the mission. Hen becomes distant again and tries to tell Junior what’s going on but doesn’t really. Junior puts up no resistance to Terrance invading into his life or challenging him about leaving. Hen is extremely unhappy with her living situation and marriage but can’t seem to get Junior to understand. When Junior finally starts to get suspicious of Terrance, it’s revealed he isn’t who he thinks he is. And an even bigger surprise lies ahead.
